I need one of the shoulders in exactly this way, but with short-sleeved shrug.

ETA ... the Web site, the picture is the pattern for a shrug, a single and make less rows sleeves. Keep track of course, so that they are the same, but just how far the desired length. Avoid reducing the bottom of the sleeve, so that it exactly to your biceps and insert the cuff.
