What is the proper temperature for Health Spa and gym's work-out rooms? - health spa lancashire
I joined a cure, but the exercise room is cold at 50-60 degrees. I can not lose weight, sweating. More cold air constricts the pores and sweating always quit if I change machines. Does anyone know the correct temperature should be in a gym?

Most health clubs, to keep the temperature in an effort to avoid heat injuries. Believe it or not, sweating is not an indicator for the loss of fat is the right way to cool your body. You burn more calories in an environment that is cooler than the body burns more calories in an attempt to keep the body warm.
Would be the ideal temperature for the year, the dry and cold rather than hot and humid. I think it is 65 to 75 degrees.
Not sure, but my gym is the opposite. If it is too hot, it's hard, a good workout w / o feeling that I am powerless to obtain.
