Check the display settings .. Therefore, you only see 3gig of memory is probably because you are 16-bit Windows. only 3 points are written in the memory of his sole 4gig memory recognized

There are 3 reasons:
1) Your monitor can be pierced in the lid or damaged. It is not safe to repair your self.Better a workshop.

2) The parameters of the screen saver you can use your screen saver none.If following changed.Change try to run, increase the time the screen saver (100 mnts or almost).

3) If so, when you open your computer and the screen off.Go "Control Panel"> "Leave Power options> Change when the option off, the computer screen comfortably at once.

Or go to a workshop

That is the problem of power management, not the screen saver. try this.
1. the right-click anywhere on the desktop and select Properties
2. Select the screen saver on (where it is, desktop themes, screen savers), ...
3. If there is a button labeled "Power" at the bottom. Click
4. all the drop-down menu and make sure to change everything to "never"
5. its over! Simply click "OK".

I hope this has solved the problem.

PS: If you have Windows XP 32-bit 64-bit? that the 64-bit operating system can recognize more RAM than 3GBs. I suggest you buy a 64-bit operating system for all 4 GB of RAM will be recognized and used to be.
