Buying a car from canada? - canadian direct insurance chinese

I wonder if anyone buying a car is in Toronto and a foreign national and came straight for the holidays (visitor visa) arrived for 2-3 weeks.

They do not know cars, but especially in the rule in Canada, if you have someone who does not sell in Germany, the buyer does not pay Canadian taxes.
However, since the buyer physically located in Canada now, and not buy a duty free shop, you pay taxes, so I know. You can get a discount for DVT, but: http://www.2ontario.com/traveltips/tips2 .... A link to the rebate form at the bottom of the page.
Of course, this only applies if you buy in a store that has permission to raise taxes, too.
